Vegan Vinaigrette Dressing Recipes with the Vitamix

These are four super tasty homemade and vegan vinaigrette salad dressing recipes that you can easily make with your Vitamix or a blender. They only take a few seconds each to make once you have all your ingredients and can be used on salads, as a marinate, as a dip or to accompany bread. Make sure you store all these vegan vinaigrette salad dressings in an airtight container in the fridge.
Vegan Basic Vinaigrette Recipe
Yield: 1 cup (240 mL)
Speed: Variable
Time: 10 to 15 seconds
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) water
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) olive oil
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) red or white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Place all ingredients into your Vita-Mix container in order listed. Secure the 2-part lid on the Vita-Mix. Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn on the Vitamix and quickly increase speed to #5 . Run for 10 to 15 seconds.
Vegan Herbed Vinaigrette Recipe
Yield: 1 1/4 cups (300 mL)
Speed: Variable
Time: 10 to 15 seconds
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) olive oil
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) tarragon white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon green onion, finely chopped
Place all ingredients in Vitamix container in order listed. Secure the 2-part lid on your Vitamix. Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #5. Run for 10 to 15 seconds or until smooth.
This recipe mas also be used as a marinade or salad dressing.
Vegan Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe
Yield: 1 cup (240 mL)
Speed: Variable to High
Time: 30 seconds
- 1/2 cup (120 mL) olive oil
- 1/2 cup (120 mL) apple cider or raspberry vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar or other sweetener
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1/4 cup red raspberries
Place all ingredients into your Vitamix container in order listed. Secure the 2-part lid on your Vitamix and select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10. Then to HIGH. Run for 30 seconds.
Vegan Tarragon Vinaigrette Recipe
Yield: 1 cup (240 mL)
Speed: Variable
Time: 15 seconds
- 1/2 cup (120 mL) olive oil
- 1/2 cup (120 mL) tarragon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Place all ingredients in Vitamix container in order listed. Secure the 2-part lid on your Vitamix. Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #5 or #6. Run for 10 to 15 seconds or until dressing is white in color.
